Really Tasty Hummus

I needed to make a healthy recipe for my sports nutrition class that was a good "post exercise" snack. Well, this dip plus pita slices would be perfect, but outside of that it's good just about anytime! I took out olive oil (which the original recipe called for) and added some cumin. Very tasty!

Tahini                                   2 Tbsp

Garbanzo Beans                  2 C (drained)
Lemon Juice                        1/4 C
Garlic                                   3 cloves
Parsley                                 1 tsp minced
Paprika                                Pinch
Cumin                                 Pinch
Red Pepper Flakes              Pinch
White Pita                           4 small

1. Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic, cumin and red pepper flakes in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
3. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
4. Scoop ¼ cup into pita half and serve
