Feels Like Summer... Let's Cook Like Summer

Delicious vegetables made on the grill... we sliced up zucchini, yellow squash and bell peppers into thin strips and put some olive oil, salt, pepper, and and spices you could imagine on them. Pop them on a grill for about ten minutes and you have this lovely browned, crispy, salty goodness. Definitely a step up from boiled frozen veggies.
Just the pre-chicken version of the sandwich. We had bbq chicken, avocado, red onion, tomato and mayo.

This was my delightful salad. They always taste so much better with cheese, fried onion and toasted nuts... oops... It's still salad, right?


And the complete ensemble... a summer-y dish that tastes fresh and is really simple!
