My first Kitchenaid Standing Mixer!!!!!! Okay, so I wanted a green one, but I like this pearly white.
For those of you often in the kitchen, you know how huge this is. I must say, I stole this idea from another food blog I really like, but I've been milling over it for a long time now, and all I needed was the little voice in my head to say "Go ahead, Jessie... You bake cake every week. A standing mixer is a verysmart investment."
Well, the voice in my head never did, but alongside with a nudge from Alex (who probably will benefit from this purchase) all it took was her blog and BAM, I'm scoring the mall for sales. Well, I missed a great one over the weekend, but I still got a nice deal and a purty lil' new toy.

I'm so proud of her.
I can't WAIT to use this. It's certainly the best thing I've bought in a long time. Happy Cooking!!

Might start with a cake but shortly after follow with breads, muffins, crusts, cookies, and everything possible. One day I'm getting the ice cream and pasta attachment too. I'm so so excited! I think I'm going to christen the baby on Friday.
