To be honest, these are all fairly self explanatory and I don't feel like listing them. The one worth mentioning (or two) would be the bowls of oatmeal at the bottom. For the longest time, I've been using lower sugar oatmeal in the place of regular. I hated it. It's less caloric but way less tasty, so I gave in, and started eating just one packet of the regular. Surprisingly, I'm way more satisfied than when I ate two packets of the lower sugar. I added golden raisins one day and bananas the other. Both had almonds and kept me full for a decent amount of time. Winner in my book...and something to look forward to at 4:30 a.m. when I just want to go back to bed.
