This week my parents are out of town so it's just ME!!! I don't have a lot of money and I want to eat reasonably healthy this week so I decided to plan out my meals in advance. This is one of the best way to keep your budget in check (both financial and caloric--seriously).
Monday: Chicken Sausage Spinach Pasta with Broccoli and Parmesan
Tuesday: Pizza for my Hombres and Me
Wednesday: Grilled Steak with Caramelized Onions and Roasted Cauliflower
Thursday: Steak Cobb Salad
I'm using a lot of leftovers to create my meals the next day so it's a cinch to whip up.
On a sidenote, I made delicious tasty fabulous chewy big cookies last night but the pictures are so blurry. I'm going to post it tomorrow anyway, but I apologize in advance for the poor quality. At least they tasted good!
