I am alive.

Hi everyone!

My name is Jessie! I used to write on this blog, many moons ago. You might remember me. You used to read my words, be engaged in my life. You know, all that good stuff.

I've missed you. It's been eons. Want to know the good news? You haven't missed much.

I've been working and schooling and eating mommy's leftovers. Yeah--I'm mooching off my parents. I've cooked two things in three weeks: Mexican Lasagna (great recipe, no picture) and Tres Leches Cake for an engagement party...and both of those things were last night.

I have, however... visited Penn State, eaten a look of good restaurant food, seen  a live lair fight, had several forms of peanut butter and banana and fallen in love (again) with Pumpkin Spice coffee (from Dunkin, Starbucks and Bruegger's).
