It's Amore!

I have this love affair with pizza. I post about it often, and when I had dinner duty tonight, boring chicken breast just didn't seem appealing. I remembered that I still had one packet of dry active yeast and we always have veggies...always. We had a little bit of cheese and just enough pizza sauce leftover from last time to make another pie. So, here is the recipe for the crust. I didn't add in the first time that the oven should be at 450.
I split my pie halfsies... one side with olives (cringe), tomato, onion, chicken sausage and mushrooms. The other side was sans olives and tomatoes, plus spinach. I ran out of Italian cheese so I grated some fresh sharp cheddar on it to cover some of the not-so-cheesey spots. Just a reminder to try that crust... it worked again, swimmingly!!

You probably already know this, but I love, love, love pizza! (http://laurenslittlekitchen.com/tag/pizza/)

Especially the veggie variety... Yours looks great! What a nice dinner... what's on the side there? Are those glazed carrot sticks or yellow peppers or something?
